Carnegie Investment Counsel Acquires Stake in ProShares UltraPro QQQ

Carnegie Investment Counsel has taken a new position in ProShares UltraPro QQQ (NASDAQ:TQQQ – Free Report) as indicated in its recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
