Bill Ackman’s Pershing Square Capital Management has made a remarkable re-entry into the top 20. Despite past challenges with investments in various consumer sectors, Ackman's strategic shifts, most notably in hospitality and retail, have driven his firm's cumulative gains to $18.8 billion.
